When parts of yourself become frozen in fear there is no forward movement. Thawing occurs when you remember your innate worthiness. Allow divine inspiration to flow through you like a river and your soul will give you the ride of your life.

“No one was ever great without some portion of divine inspiration.”  –Cicero

ACTION STEPS

Identify the fears that keep you stuck. You can do this by completing the following sentence several times: If I weren't afraid I would . . . . It's helpful to write this out in a journal or notebook to help you get unstuck.

The difference between motivation and inspiration is that motivation is coming from the outer world and inspiration comes from your inner world. Turn inward by closing your eyes and gazing upwards towards your 'third eye' (located between your eyebrows) to activate the wisdom of your pineal gland and connect with your soul.

The pea-sized pineal gland is shaped like a pinecone and contains the keys to divine inspiration. It's a doorway to higher consciousness that must be kept open for you to experience spiritual awakening. It also regulates the quality of your sleep as it's responsible for producing melatonin and regulating circadian rhythms.

If the pineal gland becomes calcified due to toxins in your body your spiritual connection can become compromised. Some of the ways the pineal gland gets calcified is through exposure to toxins i.e. pesticides, preservatives and chemicals, poor diet, stress, EMFs and fluoride in the water. Do your best to avoid these.

You can decalcify your pineal gland by detoxing your body and avoiding the causes of its hardening. Taking spirulina, wheatgrass, apple cider vinegar, and pure cacao will help with detoxification. You can activate the pineal gland by getting outdoors in the sunlight, meditating, and practicing yoga. The scent of pine actually stimulates the pineal gland and inspires you to give.
