We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DYI

Return Conditions: 

Items must follow the criteria below or the returned items will not be accepted

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tagged attached.
  • Any item that is FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or exchange.  Why?  We love to give you great product and a great deal!  When we put items on sale, these items are not available for return or exchange.
  • Face Masks, Hair Items, Cosmetics & Drinkware are also ineligible for return or exchange due to health safety reasons.

  

Full Priced Items: 

  •  All full priced items (except for Face Masks, Hair Items, Cosmetics, & Drinkware) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we are unable to return or exchange your order.
  • If returning, please note, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  If exchanging for another size or item please indicate that on the return request and the returns' shipping cost will be free.
